1.備用散熱器的環(huán)境應保持通風(fēng)干燥。

1. The environment of standby radiator shall be ventilated and dry.

2.軟處理后，建議使用軟水和硬水，以避免散熱器內部堵塞和水垢的產(chǎn)生。

2. After soft treatment, it is recommended to use soft water and hard water to avoid blockage and scale in the radiator.

3.在冬季，為了防止結冰引起的核心結冰，如果全自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)長(cháng)時(shí)間停放或間接停止，應使用水箱蓋和排水開(kāi)關(guān)排出所有水。

3. In winter, in order to prevent core icing caused by icing, if the full-automatic mixer is parked for a long time or stopped indirectly, all water shall be discharged by using the water tank cover and drainage switch.

5.當散熱器完全排空并重新注滿(mǎn)時(shí)，應將發(fā)動(dòng)機缸體的排水開(kāi)關(guān)扭開(kāi)，當有水流出時(shí)，再將其關(guān)閉以避免起泡。

5. When the radiator is completely drained and refilled, first turn on the drain switch of the engine block, and then turn it off when water flows out to avoid foaming.

6.在日常使用中應隨時(shí)檢查水位，冷卻后停止水。加水時(shí)，慢慢打開(kāi)水箱蓋，操作人員的身體應盡可能遠離供水口，以防止高壓蒸汽油噴出而導致灼傷。

6. Check the water level at any time during daily use and stop the water after cooling. When adding water, slowly open the water tank cover, and the operator's body should be as far away from the water supply port as possible to prevent burns caused by the ejection of high-pressure steam gasoline.

7.散熱器不應與任何酸，堿或其他腐蝕性物質(zhì)接觸。

8.在使用防凍液時(shí)，為避免散熱器的腐蝕，請務(wù)必使用常規廠(chǎng)家生產(chǎn)的長(cháng)期防銹防凍液，并符合國家標準。

8. When using antifreeze, in order to avoid the corrosion of radiator, please be sure to use the long-term anti rust antifreeze produced by conventional manufacturers and meet the national standards.

9.根據實(shí)際情況，用戶(hù)應完全清潔散熱器一三個(gè)月。清潔時(shí)，沿反向進(jìn)氣口側用清水沖洗。

10.在安裝散熱器時(shí)，請勿損壞散熱片（切片）和保險杠散熱片，以確保散熱和密封。
