殘渣的處理辦法一：

Treatment method I of residue:

準備好緊迫驅動(dòng)軟管，將問(wèn)題小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)熄火，卸下液壓馬達上的高壓油管接頭。將救援車(chē)熄火，將其液壓馬達的高壓油管卸下，并與問(wèn)題車(chē)上的對應接頭用緊迫驅動(dòng)軟管相連。發(fā)起救援車(chē)，將其操作手柄撥出料方位，問(wèn)題車(chē)內的混凝土即被排出。緊迫驅動(dòng)結束后，將驅動(dòng)軟管卸下，并恢復兩車(chē)原狀。

Prepare the emergency drive hose, turn off the small concrete mixer in question, and remove the high-pressure oil pipe connector on the hydraulic motor. Turn off the rescue vehicle, remove the high-pressure oil pipe of its hydraulic motor, and connect it with the corresponding connector on the problem vehicle with emergency drive hose. After the emergency drive, remove the drive hose and restore the two vehicles to their original state.

殘渣的處理辦法二：

Treatment method 2 of residue:

假如上種辦法實(shí)施有困難，則選用以下辦法，當即排出混凝土。在小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)殘渣的處理托輪和滾道之間放入木楔，以操控攪拌筒的旋轉；將發(fā)起機熄火，拆松液壓馬達的一根高壓油管，攪拌筒可自在旋轉，操控攪拌筒的旋轉，使修理孔轉到下部，然后翻開(kāi)修理孔，整理出筒內混凝土?；炷僚懦鼋Y束后，恢復小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)殘渣的處理的原狀。
