混凝土攪拌車(chē)的怠速不是一種速度,而是指一種工作狀況。發(fā)動(dòng)機空轉時(shí)稱(chēng)為怠速,即攪拌車(chē)檔位為空擋。發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速時(shí)的轉速被稱(chēng)為怠速轉速。怠速轉速可以通過(guò)調整風(fēng)門(mén)大小等來(lái)調整其高低。怠速即是發(fā)動(dòng)機“出工不出力”。發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速是很費油的。實(shí)驗證明發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速1分鐘約等于行駛6左右所消耗的燃油。攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速值低于或超過(guò)規定的范圍,就會(huì )出現階段、轉速不穩等現象。如何判斷混凝土攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機是否存在怠速的各種問(wèn)題,又該如何呢?

怠速不穩表現為:怠速運轉時(shí),發(fā)動(dòng)機發(fā)抖、轉速不均勻。其產(chǎn)生的原因有:怠速空氣量孔堵塞,怠速裝置工作不良,個(gè)別缸火花過(guò)弱,個(gè)別氣門(mén)密封不嚴,進(jìn)氣歧管漏氣,點(diǎn)火時(shí)間過(guò)早或過(guò)遲,怠速調整不當等。

發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速不穩時(shí),應調整怠速,如怠速調整后故障仍不能,則應檢查怠速量孔與怠速空氣量孔是否堵塞,如量孔堵塞,可用汽油或丙酮清洗并用壓縮空氣吹通;如量孔未堵塞,應將發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速穩定在一定的轉速下,察聽(tīng)進(jìn)氣歧管或化油器中、下部襯墊處是否漏氣,如出現漏氣現象,可用緊固螺釘或加、減墊片的方法來(lái)排除。

如怠速不穩的同時(shí)伴有發(fā)動(dòng)機功率下降現象,則應進(jìn)一步檢查火花塞工作情況、氣門(mén)的密封性能及點(diǎn)火時(shí)間是否正確,必要時(shí)應進(jìn)行檢修、調整。

工作正常的發(fā)動(dòng)機,應能在300-500r/min的轉速范圍內均勻運轉。如果發(fā)動(dòng)機低穩定轉速超過(guò)這個(gè)轉速范圍,或在此轉速范圍內發(fā)動(dòng)機出現熄火、轉速不穩,即為無(wú)怠速或怠速不良。怠速不良時(shí),可根據其故障特點(diǎn)將其分為怠速熄火、怠速不穩和怠速過(guò)高。

如發(fā)動(dòng)機起動(dòng)后,從低速到高速時(shí)運轉良好,但一松開(kāi)加速踏板后就立即熄火,或是先運轉不穩繼而熄火,則為怠速熄火故障。如發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速運轉不平穩,排氣管發(fā)出“突、突”響聲,則一般為怠速不穩故障。如發(fā)動(dòng)機低穩定轉速高于規定范圍,且又無(wú)法使此轉速降低,則為怠速過(guò)高或無(wú)怠速故障。

調整怠速工作,必須在發(fā)動(dòng)機溫度正常、氣門(mén)間隙適當、點(diǎn)火系統情況正常、各管道密封良好、阻風(fēng)門(mén)全開(kāi)、能夠關(guān)閉嚴密等正常狀況下進(jìn)行。

調整時(shí),旋出節氣門(mén)開(kāi)度調整螺釘,使發(fā)動(dòng)機達到低穩定轉速。接著(zhù)用螺絲刀旋入怠速調整螺釘,當發(fā)動(dòng)機快要熄火時(shí),再緩慢旋出怠速調整螺釘,使發(fā)動(dòng)機穩定運轉并達到高速。然后再將節氣門(mén)開(kāi)度調整螺釘旋出,使發(fā)動(dòng)機的轉速盡可能降到低。然后再調整怠速調整螺釘,使發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速提高。

如此反復進(jìn)行,直到節氣門(mén)開(kāi)度小(接近關(guān)閉),發(fā)動(dòng)機在低穩定轉速下運轉。然后再提高轉速并突然關(guān)閉節氣門(mén),以發(fā)動(dòng)機不熄火仍然轉動(dòng)為宜。
