　　避免單向閥、通氣閥堵死：由此引起箱殼內溫度升高，油氣充滿(mǎn)整個(gè)空間、排放不出去，使箱殼內壓力升高潤滑油消耗增加和更換周期縮短?；炷翑嚢柢?chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機通氣系統堵塞后，增加了活塞的運動(dòng)阻力，使油耗增加。由于箱殼內外氣壓差的作用，往往會(huì )引起密封薄弱處漏油。因此需對全自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)進(jìn)行定期檢查、疏通、清洗；

　　Avoid blocking of one-way valve and vent valve: as a result, the temperature in the case will rise, the oil and gas will fill the whole space and cannot be discharged, which will increase the pressure in the case, increase the consumption of lubricating oil and shorten the replacement period. After the engine ventilation system of concrete mixer truck is blocked, the movement resistance of piston is increased and the fuel consumption is increased. Because of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the case, oil leakage often occurs at the weak part of the seal. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly inspect, dredge and clean the small concrete mixer;

　　重視襯墊作用：混凝土攪拌車(chē)靜置部位零部件之間的襯墊起著(zhù)防漏密封作用。若在材料、制作質(zhì)量及安裝上不符合技術(shù)規范，就起不到密封防漏作用，甚發(fā)生事故。如油底殼或氣門(mén)罩蓋，由于接觸面積大而不易壓實(shí)，由此造成漏油；

　　pay attention to the liner function: the gasket between the stationary parts of the small concrete mixer plays a leak proof and sealing role. If the material, manufacturing quality and installation do not meet the technical specifications, it will not play a role in sealing and leakage prevention, and even accidents will occur. For example, the oil pan or valve cover is not easy to compact due to its large contact area, resulting in oil leakage;

　　混凝土攪拌車(chē)上各類(lèi)緊固螺母都需按規定的扭矩擰緊：過(guò)松壓不緊襯墊會(huì )滲漏；過(guò)緊又會(huì )使螺孔周?chē)饘偻蛊鸹驅⒔z扣努而引起漏油。另外，油底殼放油螺塞若未擰緊或回松脫落，容易造成機油流失，繼而發(fā)生“燒瓦抱軸”的機損事故；

　　all kinds of fastening nuts on the small concrete mixer truck should be tightened according to the specified torque: the gasket will leak if it is too loose or not tight; if it is too tight, the metal around the screw hole will bulge or the screw thread will buckle and cause oil leakage. In addition, if the oil drain plug of the oil pan is not tightened or loosened and falls off, it is easy to cause oil loss, and then the engine damage accident of "burning bush and holding shaft" will occur;

　　避免混凝土攪拌車(chē)輪轂甩油：輪轂軸承及腔內潤滑油脂過(guò)多，或其油封裝配不妥，質(zhì)量不良及老化失效；制動(dòng)頻繁引起的輪轂溫度過(guò)高；車(chē)軸螺母松動(dòng)等都會(huì )引起混凝土攪拌車(chē)輪轂甩油。因此要用“空腔潤滑法”，疏通通氣孔；

　　avoid wheel hub oil spilling of concrete mixer: excessive lubricating grease in hub bearing and cavity, or improper oil packaging, poor quality and aging failure; high temperature of wheel hub caused by frequent braking; loose axle nut, etc., will cause oil spilling from wheel hub of small concrete mixer. Therefore, "cavity lubrication method" should be used to dredge the vent hole;

　　及時(shí)更換失效油封：混凝土攪拌車(chē)上很多動(dòng)置部位會(huì )因安裝不妥，軸頸與油封刃口不同心，偏擺而甩油。有些油封使用過(guò)久會(huì )因橡膠老化而失去彈性。發(fā)現滲漏及時(shí)更新；

　　timely replace the invalid oil seal: many movable parts on the small concrete mixer truck may throw oil due to improper installation, the journal and the oil seal edge are not concentric, and swing. Some oil seals will lose elasticity due to rubber aging. Timely update if leakage is found;

　　妥善全自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)各類(lèi)油管接頭密封：車(chē)用聯(lián)管螺母經(jīng)常拆裝，容易滑絲斷扣而松脫，會(huì )引起滲油。更換聯(lián)管螺母，用研磨法其錐面密封，使螺母壓緊而密封。

　　properly solve the sealing of all kinds of oil pipe joints of concrete mixer truck: the truck union nut is often disassembled and disassembled, which is easy to break the thread and loosen, which will cause oil leakage. Replace the union nut, use grinding method to solve the cone sealing, so that the nut is pressed to solve the sealing.
