自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)的攪拌系統可以保證一個(gè)半小時(shí)內混凝土不產(chǎn)生離析和凝固的現象。自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)有重要的四項功能，分別為：裝料功能、攪拌功能、卸料功能、清洗功能。下面對以上功能作簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。

The mixing system of the automatic loading mixer can ensure that the concrete will not segregate and solidify within one and a half hours. The automatic loading mixer has four important functions: loading function, mixing function, unloading function and cleaning function. The following is a brief introduction to the above functions.

（1）自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)裝料功能原理：自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)在裝混凝土的時(shí)候攪拌罐轉速較快，速度為每分鐘 6~10 轉，混凝土通過(guò)裝料系統從筒口導管進(jìn)入攪拌筒，并在螺旋葉片引導下，流向攪拌筒的中下部。裝料時(shí)與運輸過(guò)程中罐體的轉動(dòng)方向應保持一致，否則在運輸過(guò)程中會(huì )將混凝土卸出。

(1) Principle of loading function of automatic loading mixer: when the automatic loading mixer is loading concrete, the speed of the mixing tank is fast, with a speed of 6 ~ 10 revolutions per minute. The concrete enters the mixing drum from the barrel opening conduit through the loading system, and flows to the middle and lower part of the mixing drum under the guidance of spiral blades. During loading, the rotation direction of the tank body shall be consistent with that during transportation, otherwise the concrete will be unloaded during transportation.

（2）自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)攪拌功能原理：全功率取力器將發(fā)動(dòng)機的動(dòng)力取出，全功率取力器是安裝在傳動(dòng)軸中間，用一種轉換裝置，可以實(shí)現與發(fā)動(dòng)機的動(dòng)力斷開(kāi)或者是轉速的升降，現有的自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)大對已采用飛輪取力器，從發(fā)動(dòng)機的飛輪取力，取力器將發(fā)動(dòng)機的機械能轉換為液壓能（排量和壓力）。動(dòng)力由小傳動(dòng)軸傳遞給液壓泵，然后液壓馬達將液壓能再次轉換為機械能（轉速和扭矩），經(jīng)過(guò)減速機的減速再驅動(dòng)攪拌筒的旋轉，在運輸過(guò)程中，為了保證混凝土的質(zhì)量要求攪拌筒能保持每分鐘 1~3 分鐘的轉速轉動(dòng)，這個(gè)過(guò)程稱(chēng)為攪拌。

(2) Principle of mixing function of automatic feeding mixer: the full power take-off takes out the power of the engine. The full power take-off is installed in the middle of the transmission shaft and can be disconnected from the power of the engine or the rise and fall of speed with a conversion device. Most of the existing automatic feeding mixer have adopted flywheel take-off to take power from the flywheel of the engine, The power takeoff converts the mechanical energy of the engine into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure). The power is transmitted to the hydraulic pump by the small transmission shaft, and then the hydraulic motor converts the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy (speed and torque) again. After the deceleration of the reducer, the mixing drum is driven to rotate. In order to ensure the quality of concrete during transportation, the mixing drum is required to rotate at a speed of 1 ~ 3 minutes per minute. This process is called mixing.

（3）自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)卸料功能原理：自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)在卸料時(shí)，發(fā)動(dòng)機將動(dòng)力通過(guò)取力器，液壓泵，減速機等傳輸到攪拌罐，帶動(dòng)罐體轉動(dòng)，速度為每分鐘 3-14 轉；混凝土在葉片螺旋運動(dòng)的頂推作用下向筒口方向移動(dòng)，經(jīng)過(guò)自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)的卸料斗卸出。此時(shí)罐體的轉動(dòng)方向與進(jìn)料時(shí)的方向相反。

(3) Unloading function principle of automatic loading mixer: when the automatic loading mixer is unloading, the engine transmits the power to the mixing tank through power takeoff, hydraulic pump, reducer, etc., driving the tank to rotate at a speed of 3-14 revolutions per minute; Under the pushing action of the blade spiral movement, the concrete moves towards the barrel opening and is discharged through the discharge hopper of the automatic loading mixer. At this time, the rotation direction of the can body is opposite to that during feeding.

（4）自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)清洗功能原理：在每次卸料后，都需要對攪拌筒進(jìn)行清洗，以防止混凝土沾在攪拌筒內壁上。在減速機上面裝有儲水器，通過(guò)制動(dòng)系統的儲氣筒給水罐加壓，水流經(jīng)過(guò)加壓清洗攪拌罐內壁。

(4) Cleaning function principle of automatic loading mixer: after each unloading, the mixing drum needs to be cleaned to prevent the concrete from sticking to the inner wall of the mixing drum. A water reservoir is installed on the reducer to pressurize the water tank through the air reservoir of the braking system, and the water flows through the pressurization to clean the inner wall of the mixing tank.
