一，液壓系統或發(fā)動(dòng)機故障的處理：

1、 Troubleshooting of hydraulic system or engine:

（1）打開(kāi)自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)混合管檢查孔蓋，松開(kāi)電機上高壓軟管的管接頭，旋轉攪拌筒，使攪拌筒的混合孔向下傾斜，排出混凝土攪拌筒的混合孔;

(1) Open the inspection hole cover of the mixing pipe of the automatic feeding mixer, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum, tilt the mixing hole of the mixing drum downward, and discharge the mixing hole of the concrete mixing drum;

（2）從電機上拆下故障車(chē)輛的高壓軟管，連接高壓軟管進(jìn)行救援，將另一端連接到救援車(chē)的油泵，并將應急回油管的末端連接到故障車(chē)輛的電動(dòng)機?；赜凸艿牧硪欢诉B接到救援車(chē)的油泵返回口，救援車(chē)用于控制故障車(chē)混合滾筒的旋轉。

(2) Remove the high-pressure hose of the failed vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, and connect the end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor of the failed vehicle. The other end of the oil return pipe is connected to the oil pump return port of the rescue vehicle, which is used to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the faulty vehicle.

我們的現場(chǎng)測試發(fā)現，對于生產(chǎn)工廠(chǎng)中的所有工具，使用方法二大約需要1小時(shí)。如果施工現場(chǎng)的時(shí)間可能更長(cháng)，建議使用方法一排出坩堝。

Our field test found that it takes about 1 hour to use method 2 for all tools in the production plant. If the time on the construction site may be longer, it is recommended to use method I to discharge the crucible.

二，電機故障：操作相對簡(jiǎn)單，救援車(chē)的電機可以拆除故障車(chē)，然后將各種油管連接起來(lái)，啟動(dòng)救援車(chē)可以將混合鼓內的痰液排出。

2、 Motor failure: the operation is relatively simple. The motor of the rescue vehicle can remove the failed vehicle, then connect various oil pipes, and start the rescue vehicle to discharge the sputum in the mixing drum.

簡(jiǎn)而言之，對于自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)，當發(fā)生故障時(shí)，應及時(shí)判斷故障原因，并在故障之前采取更好的措施排出自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)中的缺陷。
