第二、在混凝土運輸過(guò)程中罐體禁止停轉，防止造成混凝土的凝結，停轉重啟時(shí)會(huì )造成對液壓系統、減速機的沖擊，導致液壓泵和馬達的損壞。

Second, it is forbidden to stop the tank during concrete transportation to prevent concrete condensation. When stopping and restarting, it will cause impact on the hydraulic system and reducer, resulting in damage to the hydraulic pump and motor.

第三、在公路上行駛時(shí)，加長(cháng)溜槽必須放置在卸料溜槽支架上并用掛鉤掛牢，不允許掛在主排料溜槽上運行；主排料溜槽要旋轉到固定位置，拉下定位手柄，用鎖緊手柄將彈簧變幅機構鎖止，防止由于不固定而搖擺，造成傷人事故和影響其它車(chē)輛運行可能。

第五、卸料時(shí)，如發(fā)現水分蒸發(fā)，塌落度偏低不能滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)要求時(shí)，可適當向筒內加水，然后以10—14r/min的速度旋轉30轉后卸料，使混凝土充分攪拌。

第七、水箱的水量要經(jīng)常加滿(mǎn)，以備急用。水箱加水前，必須打開(kāi)放氣閥把箱內空氣放掉；沖洗時(shí)打開(kāi)氣閥，沖洗完畢或者停用時(shí)應將水罐內氣體放掉。冬季停放時(shí)，水箱和供水系統里，不得有剩余水，防止凍裂。注意：水箱僅在供水時(shí)加壓，不要帶著(zhù)加壓水箱在公路上行駛。

第八、滿(mǎn)載混凝土正轉，如要反轉，必須操縱手柄使正轉停穩后，再操縱手柄反轉。嚴禁正轉過(guò)程中操縱手柄使其反轉。
