1、安裝前應車(chē)輛底盤(pán)上的污物,使攪拌車(chē)上裝能平穩放置在底盤(pán)上面。

1. Before installation, the dirt on the vehicle chassis shall be removed to make the upper part of the mixer be placed on the chassis smoothly.

2、將攪拌車(chē)上裝吊放于車(chē)輛底盤(pán)上,使攪拌車(chē)上裝底架與車(chē)輛底盤(pán)大梁對齊,用騎馬螺栓將攪拌車(chē)上裝緊固于底盤(pán)上?；炷翑嚢韫?/div>

2. Lift the mixer truck upper assembly onto the vehicle chassis, align the mixer truck upper assembly underframe with the vehicle chassis beam, and fasten the mixer truck upper assembly onto the chassis with riding bolts. Concrete mixing tank

3、連接各液壓管路,若所選為自卸車(chē)底盤(pán),則直接用取力器連接齒輪泵即可:若為普通車(chē)型,則須根據車(chē)型配置取力器,再與齒輪泵連接。

3. Connect the hydraulic pipelines. If the dump truck chassis is selected, the power take-off can be directly connected to the gear pump. If it is an ordinary vehicle, the power take-off must be configured according to the vehicle type, and then connected to the gear pump.

4、檢査各部件的潤滑情況及液壓油箱的儲油量(從油箱上液壓溫度計觀(guān)察,油面少應位于溫度計的3/4處,攪拌車(chē)上裝才能正常運轉)。

4. Check the lubrication condition of each part and the oil storage capacity of the hydraulic oil tank (from the hydraulic thermometer on the oil tank, the oil level should be at least 3 / 4 of the thermometer, and the mixer can operate normally only when it is installed on the tank).

5、發(fā)動(dòng)車(chē)輛使攪拌車(chē)上裝空轉,觀(guān)察有無(wú)異響,各液壓管路有無(wú)泄露,若無(wú)異?，F象,即可裝料運行。

5. Start the vehicle to make the mixer idle, observe whether there is abnormal noise, whether there is leakage in each hydraulic pipeline, if there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be loaded to run.
