大型混凝土攪拌機的故障有很多種，比如發(fā)動(dòng)機故障、液壓系統故障、電路故障、操作閥故障等等，大型混凝土攪拌機給大家介紹一下出現故障需要維修的時(shí)候，需要注意哪些問(wèn)題？要做的就是斷電，在斷電之前要將點(diǎn)火開(kāi)關(guān)關(guān)閉，同時(shí)還要關(guān)閉用電設備，比如音響等設備，禁止電器設備運行時(shí)突然斷電。具體斷電順序如下：為先，所以在維修的時(shí)候要拔掉負極，再拔正極，安裝的時(shí)候順序是相反的，先裝正極，后裝負極。

1. 先拆正極存在燒壞電器元件的風(fēng)險，容易引起電腦板燒毀的損失。在電路的實(shí)際維修過(guò)程中因違反操作規程，損壞電路和把手燒傷的人很多，因為蓄電池正負極短路電流非常大，能瞬間產(chǎn)生高溫。

大型混凝土攪拌機要注意一點(diǎn)：現行的攪拌車(chē)的蓄電池都是有總開(kāi)關(guān)的，但是原來(lái)的都沒(méi)有，就不好操作；而且如果是危險品運輸車(chē)，比如油罐車(chē)，車(chē)上的行車(chē)記錄儀是不允許斷電的，斷電后行車(chē)記錄儀不能工作，車(chē)主可能就要承擔法律責任了，但是如果是危險品運輸車(chē)，可以在車(chē)上放置一個(gè)供行車(chē)記錄儀的備用電源，這樣即使電路出現故障，也不于讓行車(chē)記錄儀斷電。
