2. Check the driving fan: the motor is the most important part in the whole heat dissipation system. The good or bad heat dissipation effect is directly related to the motor speed and stable operation. It is directly powered by the electric control box connected to the vehicle battery, and the motor is driven by electric power to run at high speed to take away the heat from the heat exchanger and cool the hydraulic oil.

3. 檢查熱交換器：自拌混凝土攪拌車(chē)利用液壓油散熱器來(lái)進(jìn)行降溫。熱交換器上裝有電機驅動(dòng)風(fēng)扇進(jìn)行散熱，讓液壓油正常工作，上面的機械式指針通過(guò)檢測管路當中的負壓，如果出現讀數證明液壓油濾清器可能出現堵塞，剛開(kāi)始出現的時(shí)候只需要拔掉上面的橡膠指針歸零，如果后面還出現讀書(shū)且拔掉橡膠塞之后還不了的話(huà)，就需要更換液壓油濾芯了。

3. Check the heat exchanger: the self mixing concrete mixer uses hydraulic oil radiator to cool down. The heat exchanger is equipped with a motor driven fan to dissipate heat, so that the hydraulic oil can work normally. The mechanical pointer on the heat exchanger can detect the negative pressure in the pipeline. 4. 檢查熱傳感器：溫度傳感器位于熱交換器的進(jìn)油管上，它的作用就是檢測液壓油的溫度，攪拌車(chē)散熱系統發(fā)生故障后，如果確認不是保險的問(wèn)題，那就檢查溫度傳感器。

4. Check the heat sensor: the temperature sensor is located on the oil inlet pipe of the heat exchanger, and its function is to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil. After the cooling system of the mixer truck fails, if it is confirmed that it is not a safety problem, then check the temperature sensor.

5. 檢查散熱器控制盒：散熱控制盒監控和接受溫度傳感其傳遞過(guò)來(lái)的信號，當溫度數據超過(guò)設定值后，自動(dòng)接通散熱風(fēng)扇的電路，讓空氣流通降低液壓油的溫度，因此散熱控制盒損壞后，散熱系統就不能正常工作，需要及時(shí)更換，一般情況下，散熱器控制盒不容易損壞。
